26 June, from the crew dude, part 2

G'day all!

Those who've been following Eric's progress via Live Tracking will know by now that he got back.  And, boy, was he chuffed about it!  No point in my talking about it, he can do that when he gets a chance.  Reckon his post will be kinda long.

The rain that threatened the task area seemed to have left off to an extent, with the result that pretty well everyone got back, although to date not all have uploaded flight details.

Standby for Eric's post! (when it arrives)

Now the bad news.  The local public-access forecast is for rain for most of next week.  It's just possible that this Sunday could even be the last flying day.  I hope not.  We'll have to see how it pans out.  Seems to be a bit like Poland - the weather is quite variable, and difficult to predict days in advance.  Oh, and temperatures getting above 20 degrees only after the comp finishes!!  Maybe the Finnish summer is being uninstalled… :-)

Cheers
