"Part 1" is probably superfluous.  Have a look at this weather…

You reckon it's flyable?  It's forecast to hang around all day, and the task-setters didn't think much of it either.  Briefing at 10, and that'll probably be to announce yesterday's winners, and nothing more.

Update: it was for just that purpose and nothing more, and you also know nothing's going to happen when you see that the briefing area is shared by two of the tugs that live there anyway…
